The situation

Long fence lines, hazardous zones and procedures that leave no room for improvisation.

Chemical plants, terminals and port estates around Rotterdam, Antwerp, Ghent and Terneuzen run on procedure. Access is controlled by permits and badges, perimeter detection runs along kilometres of fence, and an operator who improvises creates a safety issue as well as a security one.

Haven Teams operators are selected for exactly this temperament: calm, procedural and precise. They work inside your centre's platform, follow the site's access and escalation rules to the letter and keep a complete log, so the site's security officer can show compliance at any audit.

Kilometres of perimeter

Fence-line detection generates events along the whole boundary, day and night, in all weathers.

Compliance pressure

ISPS, Seveso and insurer requirements mean every action must be logged and every procedure followed.

Access that cannot go wrong

Contractors, hauliers and crew need the right checks before any gate opens.

What your Haven team does

Procedure-driven monitoring you can show an auditor.

  • Verification of perimeter intrusion alarms from fence sensors, thermal cameras and radar
  • Controlled access handling: badge, permit and vehicle checks before any remote release
  • Monitoring restricted and hazardous areas for unauthorised presence
  • Escalation to site security, the control room or emergency services under the site's matrix
  • Complete action logs and shift hand-overs in your platform for audits
  • Support for drills and procedure reviews with your centre's management
Who we work with

We supply operators to licensed monitoring centres and in-house control rooms of industrial and port security providers. We do not hold a licence ourselves and we do not replace the site's own security organisation. Procedures are yours; we follow them.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Are your operators screened for sensitive sites?

All operators are background-checked, sign confidentiality agreements and work from our secure office on locked-down virtual desktops. Where a site requires additional vetting, we work with your centre to complete it before access is granted.

Can you work with radar and thermal perimeter systems?

Yes. Operators handle whatever alarm sources your platform integrates, including fence sensors, radar tracks and thermal analytics, and we train on your specific setup before the pilot.

How do you keep procedures current?

Your named team lead owns the site instructions in our training records and updates them within one working day of any change you issue. Operators are briefed at the start of every shift.

Can operators be dedicated to a single site?

Yes. For sites with strict procedures we recommend a dedicated team that works only that site, which also makes vetting and audits simpler.

Put a procedural operator on your industrial sites for two weeks.

Real shifts, your procedures, complete logs. Half the monthly fee, credited if you continue.
